Exchanges & Returns
If you wish to return or exchange a product, please email us with a brief, and include the sale confirmation number to email@example.com
You may return any unused product (other than prescription ordered products) to our store for a refund or an exchange voucher* within 7 days of receiving the product provided that the product is in its original sale condition with any original packaging, tags and labels still attached, and you provide us with your original receipt.
In the case of prescription ordered products, we will provide you with an exchange voucher* if you return the product in its original sale condition within 28 days of receiving the product together with your original receipt.
We test and ensure all our products are working and in excellent condition before they are sold. If you have received the wrong product, or if your product is damaged or faulty (other than fair wear and tear or as a result of your own use or negligence), we warrant to replace such product with a new product of the same description or to provide you with an exchange voucher*. This warranty shall only be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
*Exchange Vouchers shall be for an amount equivalent to the original amount and shall be valid for use at any one of our outlets within 12 months of the date the Voucher is given.
In case of unwanted items or where you have changed your mind about wanting the product, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
