Orders & Returns Policies

Thanks for shopping at Lentes & Marcos. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please take some time to read our Orders & Returns Policies.

Returns

  • You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it if you changed your mind.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • No electronic vouchers can be returned or refunded

Damaged or Defective Orders

Should a product be damaged at the time of delivery / collection, please notify us within 5 days of such delivery / collection by contacting us via our website.

We will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will at your choice repair / replace the product as soon as possible (if such repair / replacement is possible) or credit your account with the purchase price of the product (or refund you if that is your preference). Credits and refunds are normally handled within 8 days of logging the return (bear in mind that refunds can take 1-4 working days to reflect in your account). Repairs and replacements could take longer, depending on parts / replacement availability.

The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return a product:

  • faults resulting from normal wear and tear;
  • damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;
  • damage arising from electrical surges or sea air corrosion;
  • damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;
  • damage arising from unauthorized alterations to the product; and
  • where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Handling Fees

In case of unwanted items or where you have changed your mind about wanting the product, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
